Jesse Webb is a driven individual pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington. Joining Colton Strawser Consulting as an intern in May 2023, Jesse brings extensive experience in psychological research and organizational development. 

During his time at UTA, Jesse worked as a research assistant in the PELICAN lab, exploring feedback, forecasting, creativity development, and leadership styles. This experience has equipped Jesse with a deep understanding of research methodologies and their practical applications. 

Motivated by a desire to apply their research and theoretical knowledge in the nonprofit sector, Jesse aims to contribute to Colton Strawser Consulting's mission. With a strong statistical background, Jesse strives to provide a quantitative researcher perspective by uncovering meaningful connections between nonprofits and communities. 

Looking to grow in the consulting field, Jesse envisions a future as a consultant and analyst through utilizing his expertise to drive positive change and maximize the impact of nonprofit organizations.
