Carrie Bale, MBA Education & Nonprofit Consultant
Carrie Bale is the Executive Director of Leadership Academy of Madison County Indiana. She was the former original Executive Director of the Delaware County BY5 Early Childhood Initiative (since 2014), which is an economic development initiative about harnessing the future community capacity by focusing on the youngest citizens. Prior to this position, for eight years, she was the Executive Director of the Huffer Memorial Children’s Center and Resource and Referral.
Carrie has a Bachelor’s of Science from Purdue University in Child Development & Family Studies and in 2014 completed her MBA from Anderson University. Carrie received her certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and was a fellow for Ball Brothers Foundation in 2008.
Carrie co-chairs a work group as a member of the Early Learning Advisory Council for the State of Indiana. Carrie is an adjunct professor for Ball State University teaching about nonprofit administration and recently started her own consulting company.
